BOULE-
VARD
CONDO
This condo on Boulevard, with a fabulous water view, was completely gutted, and the wall between kitchen and dining area removed. The new kitchen layout opened it up to both the family and dining/living areas. A third wall of cabinets was added opposite the window to give balance to the design and insure plenty of storage.
Working in collaboration with the homeowner, finishes were chosen in a transitional style with a casual coastal feel, but avoiding a cliché beachy look.
Now there is an unobstructed view of Bellingham Bay across the entire back wall, which the retired couple enjoy from their easy-to-maintain, open-living home.
